Active Forums that I know are usually owned by big time groups... ie, Ragnaboards, Otakuzine, Fster Forums... Obviously, Ragnaboards is active because of Gamers. Otakuzine - simply because they have their "mag", and Fster forums coz almost everyone's on Fster. Garr. o.o
